We ship WORLDWIDE
- We ship orders WORLDWIDE for MOST of the case. As long as you can find your country in the signup form, we do ship to your country.
- We CANNOT ship to military sites, such as APO, FPO, etc.
- Please make sure your SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct. Once the package is shipped out, we can help nothing if the address is wrong.
Shipping Method and Shipping Cost
- Unless or specify in the item description, all the items which is listed in the store will be shipped through either:
- Air Post Mail Registered
- Air Post Air Mail Parcel
- EMS Express
- UPS Express
- We usually offer different kinds of shipping methods for the customer to choose to ship your order.
- Customers can pick the favorable shipping method depends on their budget and urgency.
- Shipping cost depends on shipping destination, shipping method chose and shipping weight of item ordered.
- You need to pay the shipping fee for EVERY unit of the item you bought.
- Shipping Cost is Non-refundable for ALL situations once an order is shipped.
- Shipping Options can be checked from the shopping cart box.
- You can also choose your favor shipping method in the check out page.
- The shipping method and shipping cost will be STATED CLEAR IN THE CHECKOUT PAGE.
- Remote area fee is NOT included (only for DHL, UPS or TNT shipment), for detail, please contact DHL, UPS or TNT to check your zip code. The definition of the remote area depends on courier companies, that all the extra charges are requested upon the final confirmation of courier before the order shipped.
Order Processing & Handling
- Order processing time is about 2 working days; we usually ship out your order within 2 working days.
- We provide STANDARD packing for each shipment, if you have a special request about packing, please contact us by CONTACT US FORM before place an order.
- We ship out an order according to the shipping address you provided, so please ensure the shipping address is correct when checking out an order.
- We are not responsible for shipment failure due to improper address provided by the customer.
- We try our best to make the stock status most up to date, however, it is NOT a REAL-TIME system.
- We DO NOT split shipment:
- We will wait for ALL your products in stock and ship out ALL the items in the SAME package.
- e.g. If you bought Item A (ship within 48hrs), Item B (ship within 5-10 days) We will only ship out the order, if and only if BOTH items are available and ready to ship, the order processing time will be 5-10 days.
- We DO partial shipment:
- e.g.If you bought Item A, B, C, which are supposed to be in stock. But we found that only Item A, B are in stock. In this case, we will REFUND Item C to you, and ship out Item A, B without further notice.
- DO NOT accept a PARTIAL shipment
- If you DO NOT want partial shipment, please STATE following in YOUR ORDER NOTES, in this case, we will contact you for further decision.

- Item is shipped from Hong Kong or China or U.S warehouse depends on the items that your purchase.
- Item usually ships to you within 48hrs after receiving the payment.
- Please be patient and give time to our warehouse team to prepare your order. We may need to fine-tune and test the item before ship it to you.
- We only ship the item if and only if the payment is completed and cleared.
- The availability of an item is shown in the item page, some item is supplied directly from the factory and take a longer time for us to arrange the goods and prepare the shipment.

- Above shipment time is an estimation suggested by the shipping company, it is for reference only and not guaranteed.
- In exceptional cases, longer lead times may apply and shipment delays may cause by your local customs or local postal service unit.
- The shipment time stated DO NOT include the custom inspection time.
- Some delay may be caused by Custom Hold, the inspection time depends on the local customs authority and it is out of our control.
- Sometimes the package may keep in your local post office, you may need to collect the package by yourself at the post office.
Duty and Tax
- All Item price stated on the website is TAX EXCLUSIVE. We base in Hong Kong and we have no right to charge you local duty and tax.
- We can declare the LESS value in the invoice. Normally we will declare 30%-50% of your order value.
- We usually ship all orders as "GIFT".
- If you have any special requests, please state your request clearly in the order remarks when confirming your order.
- It is your responsibility to make sure the merchandise(s) you ordered comply with your local laws and import regulations
- You are also responsible to contact your local postal service unit or customs to retrieve the shipment if there is any problem happened.
- All customs duties, import taxes, and any other extra charge will be paid by the recipient in case.
- We have no rights and we are impossible to solve any troubles bought by your local customs or postal service units.
- We do not know how much duty and tax you have to pay, it depends on your customs department, I think you understand your government more than us.
- We do not responsible for any duty tax charged by your custom, and hence any related troubles.
- please consider this matter before you decide to make a purchase from an oversea country, please expect to pay duty and tax for import item.
Tracking number and Trace order
- There is a tracking number for most of the shipping method unless specified.
- We will provide a tracking number once the order is processed.
- Usually, the order is an able to trace from the tracking system of the corresponding shipping company within 48hours the order shipped.
- The update of tracking information depends on the shipping company.
- Shipping methods like Air Mail Registered provide only limited tracking information.
- NOT ALL shipping method provides point to point tracking details.
- If you do not receive the order after 30 days, please contact the local post office or shipping company to see if they have any information about your package.
- The tracking number can be found at your ACCOUNT page AFTER login.

- Most of the orders arrived within the expected lead time; however, an exceptional case like package loss may happen for international shipment.
- We DO NOT bear the responsibility for the case of package loss.
- Shipment processing and delivery are handled by the corresponding shipping company once they accepted a shipment, and they are responsible to ensure the arrival of a package.
- We do help customers report an inquiry case so a claim is applied to the corresponding shipping company in case of exceptional.
- The shipping company will work on a case to investigate the delivery status of a package; they have the final judgment if the case is qualified to receive a claim.
- We will offer the corresponding compensation if applied to you as soon as the shipping company reports the final investigation result.
- NO COMPENSATION will be made unless the shipping company has the final judgment about an exceptional case.
- The amount of compensation if applied is base on the postal regulation of the corresponding shipping company unless specified.
Order Undelivered or Unclaimed
- We shipped orders according to the shipping address provided by the customer when they check out out the order.
- However, due to Address incomplete, local postal failure, or unclaimed by the consignee, the package may return to the sender.
1. For FREE-Shipping item:
- Customer needs to bear the shipping cost to re-ship the package if they still want the order.
- We charged 20% of the total order amount as a re-stocking fee if the customer decide don't want the order anymore.
- We charged 30% of the total order amount as a re-stocking fee for the case the package is REFUSED by Consignee.
2. For NON-Free-Shipping item:
- The shipping fee paid is non-refundable.
- Customer needs to pay the shipping cost again to re-ship the package if they still want the order.
- We will refund the item price only if the customer decides don't want the order anymore.
- We charged 20% of total item price as a re-stocking fee for the case the package is REFUSED by Consignee.
